You have 3 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return request.

To maintain our personalized service, all returns must be initiated via WhatsApp.

Step 2: Provide your order details and the reason for the return.

Step 3: Once our team reviews your request and provides "Return Authorization," you will be asked to dispatch the item to our official store address.

3. Conditions for Refund
