Because our perfumes, such as Urban Edge and Dream Horizon, are formulated with up to 30%–35% concentration for long-lasting wear, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Return Window

You have 3 days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return request.

2. How to Start a Return

To maintain our personalized service, all returns must be initiated via WhatsApp.

Step 1: Contact our support team on WhatsApp to discuss the issue with your order.

Step 2: Provide your order details and the reason for the return.

Step 3: Once our team reviews your request and provides "Return Authorization," you will be asked to dispatch the item to our official store address.

3. Conditions for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned in good condition.

The bottle and packaging must not be damaged.

Upon arrival at our store, our team will inspect the perfume. If the product is verified to be in its original, resalable condition, your refund will be approved.

4. Refund Process

Once the inspection is complete and approved, we will process your refund.

Refunds are typically issued to your original payment method or via bank transfer, as discussed during our WhatsApp conversation.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that if a perfume shows signs of significant use or physical damage to the bottle (such as leaks or cracks caused by mishandling after delivery), we may be unable to offer a refund.
